Persuasive Writing
Personal opinion:
I personally think that having a tuck shop at Panmure Bridge School is a very smart move for this school. There are many reason’s why and I am sure many people will agree with me.
Income:
There are many notebooks that get damaged and it sets students back in learning. Most children do not have the funds to pay for the repair. If the school opens a tuck shop the school could maybe help with %20 of the money. We can do this by selling food a little more expensive. Also students can’t pay for camp or any other trip. The school could pay some of the money.
Health:
New Zealand is one of the most obese countries. Mainly because families buy cheap junk food for children. Also because Jolly drinks are really cheap and they are as bad as battery acid. We could make salads or healthy burgers that could be at a cheap price. This will persuade the children to buy healthy food.
Convenience:
Sometimes children are late to school because they went to buy lunch. Which is not safe because of traffic in the mornings. Also their money can be stolen. Also if there is nothing at home to eat they can just get a few dollars and get some proper healthy food.
Conclusion:
Tuck Shops are way easier because of the convenience, health and the income the school will get for students and also sport equipment.

Onomatopoeia
Swish! The basketball flew into the hoop. Me and my friends were shocked at the same time. I never thought I'd make it in from a long distance. I was nervous but some how made it in. Now that was a great Tuesday.
The next day I told most of my friends about what happened. They didn’t believe me though. So after school we went back to the basketball court. But I kept missing the hoop. My friends left and I stayed to practice.
I’d practiced for about an hour and kinda got the hang of it. After that I went home and went to sleep. Soon went to school and told my friends to come to one more time. Again I missed first and second shot. But on my third one I made it in. They were amazed and tried to copy.
In the end I went to try more advanced things in basketball such as ball handling, dribbling and much more.
Identity Survey
