Maths

This week I have been practising these 3 basic facts:

8x3=24   6x3=18   5x8=40

         

Here is my Xtramath result:

You can see that I have/have not learnt my facts this week because my three 

facts on my Xtra math chart results are all green.

     

I also wrote a number story for my basic facts.  Here is one

:

here were 3 boys they each had 6 lollies altogether they had

18 lollies.

There were 3 boys they had 8 basketball each they all got their 

basketballs in the hoop altogether they made 24 hoops.

              

     

    there were 5 pizza boxes they each had 8 slices in them altogether there were 40 slices of pizza.
